Rod orders are constructed
in the sequence they
are received and with the following
conditions:
1. All orders require a non-refundable $250.00
deposit.
Payment should be made
by check or money order.
2. Your rod order will be confirmed in writing along
with the
estimated delivery date.
3. When your rod is completed, you will be notified
of its
availability, and billed for
the balance due which, will include
shipping, insurance costs,
and all applicable taxes.
4. Complete payment is required before the rod is shipping.
5. If payment has not been received within 30 after
you have
been notified the rod is complete,
the sale will be void, the
deposit will be forfeited,
and the rod will be offered to others
on my waiting list.
6. Upon receipt of your payment, your rod will be insured
and
shipped to you.
I look forward to building your rod. The rod will be
safely
surrounded in a cotton cloth custom fly bag complete with
a
bamboo strip sewn in to protect the idle tip. Your
name with
the completion dat of your rod will be embroidered machine
on the inside of the cloth bag flap. Your rod and cloth
bag will
be securely housed in a metal tube of sufficient diameter
and
length to protect your fine investment. |
